With over 15 years' experience in project management and service transformation across NHS ambulance and cancer support services, I bring strategic leadership, strong governance awareness, and a collaborative approach to supporting and nurturing organisational success.

My background in programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and leading teams across organisational boundaries in the NHS, private and voluntary sectors enables me to contribute effectively to board discussions, provide constructive oversight, and support sound decision-making.

Following my own cancer diagnosis and participation in the Into the Blue programme, I have experienced first-hand the positive impact the organisation has on people's lives. I find the Into the Blue community truly life-affirming and am passionate about its mission and the support it provides.

As a trustee, I hope to support Ellie and the wider team in continuing their outstanding work through strong governance, strategic planning, innovation and continuous improvement, helping ensure Into the Blue continues to thrive and grow for everyone who needs it.
