I am incredibly proud to lead the amazing team we have at Into the Blue. I have seen countless lives changed by going through our course and joining our amazing cold water swim community The Whole Shoal, which is all about adventure, kindness, support and fun. A powerful group to belong to when you have cancer. 

I am inspired and determined to innovate transformational cancer support through the power of nature and community after working as a Macmillan Professional for the past twelve years. I am an NHS counsellor in a Cancer Support Centre and have seen at first hand the traumatic effect a diagnosis has on people and those that love them, over months and years. It is truly a life changing event. I know from my own passion for swimming in wild spaces how cold water elates us, settles us, connects us to ourselves, the community we swim with and the natural world. This alchemy gradually changes how people experience themselves, and the ongoing ripples from this are life changing.
