Shipping Policy
Standard Delivery - £3.65
We aim to dispatch your items within 2-3 working days with Royal Mail so they should be with you within 5-7 working days. This delivery time can take longer during busier times *(Summer months) so please keep this in mind when ordering gifts etc. Thank you
Returns policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in a resaleable condition. We reserve the right to reduce any refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
To start a return, you can contact us at merch@in2theblue.org.uk Please include your order number in your email. We will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. As a charity we are unfortunately not able to pay the cost of returned items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalised items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
