I have a deep connection to the ocean and the positive impact it can have on wellbeing. Having personally experienced the incredible benefits of year round cold water swimming through the amazing Into the Blue sessions with Ellie, I understand the difference such initiatives can make in people's lives. Into the Blue has enhanced my life as it continues on following a cancer diagnosis. As a way of gratitude for something close to my heart, I am proud and honoured to volunteer my creative skills and design expertise to support Into the Blue, helping promote and enhance the incredible work they do and the fun, kind, courageous community they inspire.
